I solve businessproblems withtechnology.

Since 2016 I’ve designed technology solutions for enterprise clients across Europe and North America. Today I shape AI, digital transformation and operations projects for government and healthcare in the Middle East — from IT strategy and data sovereignty to building the tools myself.

01About

Technology is only as good as the problem it solves.

For six years at Logiscenter, an enterprise technology provider in Madrid, I did consultative solution design: clients came with an operational problem — distribution centres to digitise, a nationwide checkout estate to roll out, lab equipment that kept going missing — and I designed and scoped the technology to fix it, then saw it through delivery.

An International MBA at IE Business School added strategy and finance, and a runner-up finish in IE’s Tech Lab, where my team scoped an AWS-based solution with ONCE for people with visual impairments.

Today I work across a Dubai healthcare group as the bridge between the business and the technical teams on government and healthcare AI projects. I shape the IT strategy and the solution, and I make sure it holds up under UAE data law: where data and AI processing can happen, and what to demand from vendors. I don’t stop at the strategy. I design, I develop, and I ship working tools, including a staff emergency alert system in use at a healthcare facility today.

01

Start from the problem

Technology is the answer to a question. I get the question right first: the workflow, the constraint, the person who has to use it.

02

Know where the data goes

Every AI project meets the same question: where is the data stored and processed? I ask it on day one, not at the audit.

03

Translate across rooms

Engineers, clinicians, procurement, leadership — one project, four vocabularies. My job is making sure they’re describing the same thing.

02Career Journey

Ten years, one throughline.

From enterprise solution design in Madrid to AI and data sovereignty in Dubai — the same job every time: understand the problem, then find the technology that solves it and is allowed to.

  1. Operations and projects across a Dubai healthcare group — with a growing focus on AI projects and how they meet UAE data law.

    • Shaped the IT strategy for a government AI wellbeing platform: requirements, data residency, vendor choices and cost of ownership.
    • Set internal AI and data-governance policies that keep clinical data on UAE-hosted infrastructure.
    • Designed, developed and shipped a staff emergency alert system now in operational use at a healthcare facility.
    • Built an automated procurement system in Microsoft 365: a standard request form, sequential clinical, finance and executive sign-off, then automatic hand-off to accounts — cutting around two weeks from every approval and creating one record of every purchase.
    • Built a healthcare e-commerce business from the ground up: supplier sourcing, product catalogue and pricing, the online store and payment integration.
    • Set up its operations end to end: inventory procedures, last-mile delivery with partners across the UAE, and automated marketing campaigns.
    • Data Sovereignty
    • AI Governance
    • Internal Tools
  2. Strategy, finance and technology, including a consulting engagement with Amazon Web Services.

  3. Consultative technology sales for enterprise clients: they brought an operational problem, I designed and scoped the solution and saw it through delivery.

  4. Consultative technical sales for new and existing enterprise accounts.

  5. Where it started — enterprise hardware and software fundamentals from the ground up.

  6. International relations.

03Expertise

What I’m actually hired to do.

Advising on technology in a regulated market, designing it for enterprise clients, and building it myself.

Data sovereignty & compliance

Advising government and healthcare AI projects on where data and AI processing are allowed to happen — data residency, in-country hosting and inference, and what vendors are really doing with your data — with hands-on experience of UAE rules (PDPL, DESC ISR, ADHICS).

IT strategy & solutions for AI

The bridge between business and tech: turning what the business needs into a technology strategy and solution — requirements, architecture choices, vendors and cost of ownership — that engineers can build and compliance can sign off.

Enterprise solution design

Six years of translating operational problems into technology — warehouse systems, nationwide point-of-sale estates, RFID tracking — for enterprise clients in Europe and North America.

Internal tools

Tools I’ve designed, developed and shipped: a staff emergency alert system in operational use at a healthcare facility, an automated procurement approval system used across our facilities, and AI plugins and skills that speed up the team’s work — including one that checks codebases and projects against UAE data regulations.

04Digital Twin

Ask my career anything.

I built an AI that answers from my CV so you don't have to read one. It speaks in my voice, only from what I've actually done — and it will tell you to email me rather than invent an answer.

A decade of context, on demand.

Recruiters, founders and partners all arrive with different questions. Rather than guess which ones matter to you, ask directly — the twin knows every role, project and outcome on this page.

Data note · The twin only knows what's on this site. Your questions are sent to a model provider outside the UAE to generate answers and aren't stored by this site — so please don't share anything confidential.

Let’s talk about the problem first.

Whether it’s an AI project, a digital transformation or an operation that needs to run better — in the Middle East, Europe or the Americas — I’m always open to connecting, in English, French or Spanish. That includes invitations to speak.
